In addition to the existing buildings at One and Two Ledgemont Center, Beal has received a zoning change for the development of Three Ledgemont Center — a new 160,000 square foot office and/or research facility, which will include its own structured covered parking garage. Three Ledgemont Center will be developed on the Two Ledgemont Center portion of the campus.
