The Beal Companies Land Market's Largest Suburban Office Deal of the Year

The Beal Companies, LLP, a real estate and investment firm since 1880, has secured a 20-year, 113,532-square-foot lease with KeySpan Energy Delivery N.E. at 52 Second Ave. in Waltham, MA.

A 4-story, 204,000 rentable square-foot office building, 52 Second Ave. possesses ample parking and convenient access to major highways. KeySpan, the northeast's largest distributor of natural gas, will be taking space formerly occupied by Renaissance Worldwide Inc.

Michael Manzo represented the landlord, The Beal Companies, while Michael Ripp and Trey Agnew of Insignia/ESG Inc. represented Keyspan. "This new facility provides an excellent opportunity for KeySpan to consolidate several sites in the heart of Waltham with excellent visibility." said Ripp. KeySpan is scheduled to begin to move in as a phased-in process in January.
