Flurry of Leasing at The Arsenal on the Charles in Watertown
The Beal Companies signs four new leases
BOSTON, MA, October 20, 2003- The Beal Companies, LLP a Boston-based real estate and investment firm since 1880, is pleased to announce four new leases have been signed at The Arsenal on the Charles in Watertown, MA.
PharMetrics, Inc., has committed to a five year, 22,000 square feet. "We looked at many suburban office spaces and none of them offered the same value, look and feel, and comfort that was so appealing to our employees and customer base as The Arsenal had to offer" said David Lubner, PharMetric's Chief Financial Officer. PharMetrics, Inc. builds products and services to meet the needs of the pharmaceutical industry and clinical research organizations (CROs), as well as managed care plans and other organizations at risk for healthcare cost, quality and safety.
"The Arsenal offered PharMetrics the opportunity to expand their space in a first class office environment with a unique campus setting" said John Butterworth, Vice President with Meredith & Grew, who represented the tenant.
ArcStream Solutions, Inc., represented by Jim Elcock, Executive Vice President with Meredith & Grew has leased 8,300 square feet for eigtheen months. Founder and CEO, John Keane, was swayed by "the Arsenal's great location - central to Boston and the western suburbs."
Carlson Software, a Maysville, KY company, has leased 2,500 square feet for 5 years. Carlson Software develops software for surveyors, civil engineers, mining, construction, waste control, machine control as well as accident reconstruction.
Innosight, a consulting firm to better manage the innovation process, has leased 1,200 square feet for 5 years.
