The Beal Companies, LLP a real estate and investment firm since 1880, has secured a 7 year, 9,356 square foot lease for Aurigene at One Ledgemont Center, Lexington, Massachusetts.

Promoted by Dr. Reddy's Laboratory, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in India, Aurigene aims to be a global discovery support organization. Aurigene leverages its knowledge of post-genomic discovery technologies and harnesses the intellectual depth and diversity of Structural Biology and Medicinal Chemistry in the US and India to bring superior products and services to its clients. Aurigene's research facilities are located in Bangalore, India and Boston, USA.

One Ledgemont Center, a 200,000 square foot class A Office and Lab facility is located adjacent to the intersection of Route 2 and 128/95.
