The Beal Companies Land 55 Cambridge Parkway Represent Clark, Hunt & Embry

The Beal Companies, LLP, a real estate and investment firm since 1880, has secured a 10 year, 11,000 square foot lease for Clark, Hunt & Embry at 55 Cambridge Parkway, Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Clark, Hunt and Embry is a thirteen lawyer firm with a support staff of ten. The firm was organized on January 1, 1996 as a successor to the firm of Hayes, Clark, Hunt and Embry which had been previously organized in May of 1986 as the successor to Burns, Clark and Embry which was founded in 1983. The new office location is in close proximity to the Middlesex and Suffolk County Superior Courts.

The nine-story office building overlooks the Charles River and has beautiful panoramic views of Boston. Molly Walker and Michael Tammaro were the brokers for Beal. Joseph Flaherty and William Zielinski of Meredith & Grew acted on behalf of the Landlord Cabot, Cabot & Forbes. The law firm plans on moving into their new offices in the middle of December.
